2. Is the load cell weighing or counting items for sale?

   You will need an approved load cell.

   In Europe the approval is OIML R60 as per this symbol
   In the USA the approval is NTEP as per this symbol
   Look for these symbols when selecting your load cell.
   

3. Will the load cell work in my environment?

   The IP rating system is used.
   Aluminum load cells vary from IP54 to IP67.
   Alloy steel is usually rated at IP66.
   Stainless steel is OK for IP68.
   Look for these ratings when selecting your load cell
   

4. What will it cost and when can I take delivery?

   Price is dependant on product, accuracy and volume.
